Shipping: Our shipping rate's apply to order's that contain clothes and small accessories ONLY. All orders are mailed via United States Postal Service and we use Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. This gets to most places in the United States within 3 to 5 business days. Furniture orders ship UPS ground. Email us for a quote.We ship to the lower 48 United States & Canada. $8.00 surcharge for Canadian residents. We can only ship clothing & accessory items to Canada. Do you offer local pick up? Yes, We are very happy to offer a local pick up option for our Customers. If you choose this option you will need a Special Code to save on shipping charges. Please Call or Email us before you place your order.
What forms of payment do you accept? We gladly accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Money orders. If paying by money order please email us in advance.

Do you have a print catalog?
No, we don't. We add new doll clothes often, so a print catalog would be impossible to keep up-to-date.
Do you gift wrap? Sorry, we do Not offer that at this time, except under very special circumstances. Please contact us if you have a unique situation.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Pennsylvania residents pay a 6% sales tax.
Do you ship internationally? Not at this time, we currently ship within the 50 United States and Canada.
How do you ship orders? We ship most orders via United States Postal Service and use Priority Mail. This gets to most places in the United States within 3 to 5 business days. Furniture ships via Parcel Post or UPS ground, and can take 4-10 days to arrive depending on your location.
How long will it take to receive an order? Usually 3 to 7 days from the time you order. Orders ship from 1-2 days after you've placed your order and payment is received. Then shipping takes from 3 to 5 days once it leaves us. We try to package & ship orders out within 24 hours.
What is your privacy policy?
All information collected is for the purpose of completing orders to our customer. No information will be given to a third party under any circumstance. You may receive information about our specials but will always be given the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving these messages. Please see our privacy policy in full if you need more information.

Legs (crotch to floor): 7" / Shoulder to Wrist : 5.5 "
Foot Measurement is 2 5/8" long X 1 3/8" wide (for 18" doll models)
