Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & Paypal. We also accept money orders.
Shipping: Our shipping rate's apply to order's that contain clothes and small accessories ONLY. All orders are mailed via United States Postal Service and we use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This gets to most places in the United States within 3 to 5 business days. Furniture orders ship UPS ground. Email us for a quote.We ship to the lower 48 United States & Canada. $8.00 surcharge for Canadian residents. We can only ship clothing & accessory items to Canada.We do not ship internationally at this time. See our shipping rates below:

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.
Return Merchandise Policy. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our services or product offerings. All products can be returned within 15 days of purchase (in the original New condition and original packaging) for store credit (less shipping charges). Unlike most other stores we do not charge a re-stocking fee for clothing. Furniture pieces have a 15% re-stocking fee.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
